LANSA partners with GS1 Australia

Global provider of business process integration and data synchronisation software LANCA has announced its entry into the GS1 Alliance Partner Program as an Associate Alliance Partner with GS1 Australia, a not-for-profit organisation that administers the global GS1 System of supply chain standards in Australia.

LANSA’s product suite spans the entire supply chain process with solutions for Global Data Synchronisation Network (GDSN) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, as well as application development, modernisation and integration software.

GS1 Australia’s national manager – alliances & ICT industry Joseli C Münive said:“GS1 Australia welcomes LANSA, an Australian company, to the GS1 Alliance Partner Program. LANSA has joined the program as an Associate Alliance Partner to engage with Australian supply chain businesses through the initiatives that GS1 Australia undertakes.”

Data Sync Direct is LANSA’s solution for GDSN participation, providing an integrated, end-to-end product data management solution. It addresses the challenges surrounding master data management, product data quality, PIM and item publication and subscription.

“Our focus is to help companies drive down costs attributed to incomplete or out-of-date product information,” said Asia Pacific general manager LANSA, Peter Tyrrell. “Data Sync Direct provides a comprehensive framework to manage product information for GDSN participants across the supply chain.”

Over 300 customers in America and Europe are using Data Sync Direct, fully integrated into their back-end systems. As one of Australia’s most successful software exporters, with most of their MDM/PIM solution sales in North America and Europe, LANSA is proud to now offer its Data Sync Direct system in Australia.

“Given LANSA’s success in America and Europe in global data synchronisation solutions, we look forward to working with them in servicing local businesses in Australia,” added Miss Münive.

GS1 Australia’s Alliance Partner Program provides small and large businesses with a diverse range of benefits including supply chain enabling tools, priority notification of new technologies and innovation initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, comprehensive best practice case studies and professional advice in making the GS1 implementation smoother and easier.
