Toll expands graduate scheme to India and China

Toll has expanded its global graduate program to consider applicants from India and China. Applications are now open for Toll’s 2020 Graduate Program in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, with Singapore opening in the coming weeks and New Zealand, Australia, China and India opening in the coming months. The rotational program is reported to allow graduates a chance to learn the business from the ground up, and provides exposure to different areas of the business.

“We are excited to be able to offer recent graduates from China and India an opportunity to join Toll’s program,” said Toll Graduate Program Manager, Sharon Abbott. “As we are experiencing growth in these regions, it was the perfect opportunity to offer the program to graduates in these countries – plus, we are always looking for talented individuals to bring new ideas to the business.”

Each graduate, as part of the two year rotational program, will have an opportunity learn different aspects of the logistics industry, will be supported by a mentor and will participate in leadership development activities.

“Working at Toll means really getting our hands dirty and diving into the deep end from day one,” said 2019 graduate, Nicholas Chow. “The managers here are really supportive of the learning that you get as a ‘Toll Graduate’, and try to give more practical and hands-on learning whenever possible. I also like that you get a strong support system and cross-border learning from fellow Toll Graduates around the world.”
