Australasian Supply Chain Institute partners with Prime Creative Media

The Australasian Supply Chain Institute will partner with Prime Creative Media for the ASCI2020 conference to be held 15-17 September in Sydney.

ASCI’s annual conference, ASCI2020, will be the most significant supply chain management conference of the year at a time when greater scrutiny and legislative requirements are placed on supplier relationships and practices and digitisation matures within the supply chain.

Prime Creative Media will work within ASCI’s successful conference program model which feeds into ASCI’s Continuous Professional Development Program that supports the ASCI Professional Accreditation Scheme and features an Advisory Board and Awards Judges who work as volunteers to represent their industry body and/or sector of the community.

As the Professional Accreditation Body for supply chain management in Australia, ASCI is working to strengthen its relevance amidst a world where there is a growing spotlight and customer expectation for sustainability and ethical trading as well as huge opportunities in artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics.

According to ASCI CEO, Ivan Imparato, Prime Creative Media shares ASCI’s vision to professionalise supply chain management and to grow industry bodies and the industry at large.

“Our purpose at ASCI is to professionalise supply chain management by delivering a framework for industry-wide standards and consistency. We can only achieve that with one industry and one voice, bringing together all supply chain related industry bodies to succeed.

Prime Creative Media’s engagement with industry is extensive, partnering and working closely with a range of industry bodies, including ASCI, Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia, Victorian Transport Association, Freight and Trade Alliance and the Australian Logistics Council.

“ASCI2020 is the main platform where we can unite industry bodies and their members. Prime Creative Media is now our strategic partner to help us achieve this mission,” said Ivan. “I would like to congratulate Prime Creative Media for their successful appointment and look forward to strengthening our partnership with the annual conference as well.”

According to Prime Creative Media CEO John Murphy, ASCI’s mission to foster professional standards across the logistics and supply chain industry resonates with Prime Creative Media’s purpose to grow industries, organisations and individuals.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with ASCI in delivering their annual conference for 2020. As an existing partner of Prime Creative Media, through our title MHD Supply Chain Solutions, we look forward to developing our relationship further and working together to represent and grow the logistics and supply chain industry.”
