Virtual online tradeshow to enable more global attendees

Jungheinrich has announced its first virtual online tradeshow to enable people across intralogistics industry to attend following global travel restrictions.

The recent growing concerns over Coronavirus has led to a number of events and conferences being cancelled around the World, including LogiMAT 2020 in Germany.

As a result Jungheinrich will reveal its latest innovations and highlights via a onlinetradeshow that will be live from the 10th to the 12th March 2020, across three time zones.

Christian Erlach Jungheinrich-Board member for Marketing and Sales said exhibitions and conferences are always a great experience for its customers and visitors and the company is excited to welcome its first virtual tradeshow.

The virtual tradeshow will visually reflect Jungheinrich themed stands, keynote sessions and chat rooms where guests will be able to chat with online experts.

Jungheinrich will present networked solutions for the warehouse of the future, with digitalisation and automation at the centre of the showcase.

Focus will be on the future viability of warehousing and driver assistance systems that Jungheinrich uses to relieve the everyday workload of its customers and enhance efficiency, as well as safety in the warehouse.

Attendees of the virtual tradeshow will also be able to see the latest truck concepts, as well as energy solutions in the field of lithium-ion technology.

“While the current climate presents challenges for global events to take place, we know this will be temporary, so we’re looking forward to offering a hybrid of virtual and physical events in the future,” Christian said.
