Toll Group Auckland has opened a new facility following the lift of lockdown restrictions in New Zealand.
“While New Zealanders have been busily preparing to move to Alert Level 3, we have been getting ready to welcome back part of our Auckland team to their new home, Toll Tamaki,” the group said in a social media post on April 30.
The new facility has been named Toll Tamaki and has 17,000m2 of floor space to enhance its operations in New Zealand.
“We are already seeing the benefits this has on our operations, including more room to stage freight and the subsequent reduction in freight handling,” the groupo said in a social media post.
“We are open and here to support our customers and the businesses of New Zealand, as they begin to reopen their operations,
“We look forward to formally opening the site and celebrating with our team and customers in the future.”
Toll delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand.
The social media announcement of the opening of the new facility received over 20 comments.
