Large-scale distribution facility available within 11km of Brisbane CBD

Colliers International along with Raine & Horne Commercial are leasing a rare central infill opportunity at Brisbane’s Archerfield Airport, ideal for ‘last mile’, logistics, cold store, aerospace and manufacturing businesses.

The Colliers International and Logistics Market update for Q2 found that with the impact of COVID- 19, there has been a rapid shift to online retail sales with a growth of 31.9 per cent in the year to June 2020, up from 13.6 per cent in January.

This trend is expected to continue and change the way retailers service their customer base with same day delivery and customer pick up points becoming the norm for modern warehousing.

The estate’s unique position in Brisbane’s coveted Golden Triangle, enables fast delivery access to over 750,000 residents and 83,000 businesses within a 20-minute drive. Coupled with pre-approval for 30 metre A & B Double vehicles, which allows two 40ft shipping containers on a single truck, occupiers can anticipate transport savings of up to 30 per cent.
