TM Insight welcomes new Director of Property

TM Insight has welcomed an experienced executive to take on the role of Director of Property at the company to bolster TM Insight’s capabilities in NSW.

TM Insight, Asia-Pacific’s leading specialist in supply chain and property, has announced the appointment of Nick Greenwell, Former National Director of Industrial Occupier Services at Colliers, as Director of Property in NSW.

The new appointment will bolster TM Insight’s ability to serve clients’ industrial property needs in NSW, particularly at a time of rapid growth and change in the supply chain sector.

Nick will work alongside TM Insight’s leadership team to procure industrial facilities as part of TM Insight’s strategy to design and deliver world-class supply chain transformations for clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

Justin Fried, Executive Director of Property at TM Insight, is thrilled to have someone of Nick’s calibre join TM Insight’s property team in NSW.

“Investment in an organisation’s supply chain strategy has never been more important, with NSW remaining a key distribution hub for national and global companies. Our team has in excess of 210,000 sqm of active enquiries in NSW’s industrial property market that Nick will help drive. Nick’s depth of market expertise and experience on the occupier and landlord side will ensure competitive outcomes for our clients,” Justin said.

Nick brings over 17 years of industrial property experience across tenant advisory and development to TM Insight.

At his most recently held role at Colliers, Greenwell led the industrial tenant advisory department, with his work ranging from portfolio management to transaction management. His past senior roles at institutional and private developers, including Investa Property Group, Walker Corporation and Fife Capital, saw Nick lead industrial development management across the country.

“With the rapid growth of ecommerce and focus on building agile and flexible supply chains, many organisations will be readapting their supply chain and coinciding industrial property strategies in the near future. With more organisations looking for an integrated solution, I look forward to being part of TM Insight’s unmatched end-to-end service offering from supply chain consulting right through to property and project delivery,” Nick said.

“I have been admiring TM Insight’s growth and leadership of the supply chain and industrial property sector in recent years. I’m excited to bring my expertise to TM Insight and be part of the platform advancing Australia’s supply chain sector.”

Greenwell will be based in TM Insight’s Sydney office.
