The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport Singapore (CILTS) has announced the launch of its new job board and career portal for the logistics and transport industry.
CILTS has teamed up with SupplyChainJobz to offer CILTS members global access to jobs and people via their website at www.cilt.org.sg
The new job board and careers portal on www.cilts.org.sq will enable CILTS members, as well as other professionals and executives in other sectors, access to the latest positions globally available in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport industries.
CILTS is the professional body for those engaged in logistics, transport and physical distribution – covering all sections of the industry; namely, land, sea, air and logistics, for both passengers and freight transportation.
Its objectives are to enhance professionalism, promote continuous learning and facilitate career development amongst logistics and transport professionals.
Karmjit Singh, Chairman of CILTS says the organisation recognises the global skills shortage within the logistics industry.
“Leveraging on CILT’s international network and close links with leading players in the industry, we have launched this portal to help our members gain easy and instant access to the abundant job opportunities in the region,” Singh says.
