TM Insight has announced two major appointments to its rapidly growing property division. Matthew Frazer-Ryan and Danny Green are joining TM Insight as Director and Senior Consultant respectively.
These senior moves will significantly strengthen TM Insight’s national service offering.
Matthew and Danny will work alongside Justin Fried, Executive Director of Property at TM Insight, and senior leadership to deliver on TM Insight’s strategy to design and deliver world-class supply chain transformations for businesses across the Asia-Pacific region.
Matthew was the former National Director Industrial at Colliers, and Danny was the former National Director in Industrial Occupier Services at Colliers.
Justin is thrilled to be welcoming operators of this high calibre with national market reach to the business.

Matthew brings over 23 years of experience in the industrial property market to TM Insight and specialises in Brisbane’s industrial market having completed some of the most prominent sales and leasing transactions within Brisbane.

Danny brings a wealth of knowledge in industrial occupier advisory to TM Insight and will be assisting TM Insight’s clients with their requirements in Victoria and across Australia.
