ASCI2021 announces Principal Conference Sponsor

SAP has been selected as ASCI’s Principal Conference Sponsor for 2021.

This year’s conference, named Supply Chain Vision in the Decade For Action, will be held from July 28 to 30 in Western Sydney.

ASCI President Alexandra Riha RegPracOps said the conference would be a unique opportunity for the supply chain community to come together after the unprecedented events of 2020.

“During COVID-19, we saw many digital strategies fast tracked throughout our supply chains,” she said.

“We are excited to host SAP as Conference Principal Sponsors to ensure that digitalisation transformation remains front and centre of our quest for resilient supply chains for the future.”

This year’s conference will focus on how digital solutions streamline end to end global supply chain systems and processes for productivity and visibility.

SAP Centre of Excellence Supply Chain for ANZ Jon Wilson said the events of last year made supply chains more visible than ever.

“Businesses and consumers saw impact from bushfires, the pandemic, and trade disputes and this accelerated the use of technology to make supply chains more visible, flexible and resilient,” he said.

ASCI2021 will also provide showcased solutions in Digital Control Towers, e-commerce fulfillment, micro-fulfilment, automation, Industry 4.0 and digital technology in real life case studies of smart factories and smart warehouses.

Registration is available for associates and practitioners across four streams – operations, procurement, logistics and integrated logistics support – and can be found by clicking here.
