The recognition highlights the effectiveness of BluJay’s parcel solution at the enterprise level, supporting high volume, multi-location, international and domestic shipping.

According to Gartner Market Guide’s research, one of the biggest changes in the market affecting parcel management is the accelerated demand of multichannel and omnichannel commerce driven by the response to the coronavirus pandemic.
“Many organisations have had to rapidly switch their sales to parcel delivery in order to survive as a business. This has generated increased parcel deliveries and carrier capacity and service constraints,” the report says.
