TMX appoints new Director of Property

TMX

Asia-Pacific business transformation consultancy, TMX, has appointed former National Director Stefanie Frawley to lead the firm’s new Portfolio Management services.

The senior move was made to strengthen TMX’s property division and complete its full end-to-end property advisory services.

The services offer clients business case development, procurement and now portfolio management.

Frawley will work alongside Justin Fried, Executive Director of Property at TMX and recent recruit Michael Simpson, Property Portfolio Consultant, to manage the property portfolios of TMX’s major clients.

Justin Fried, Executive Director of Property at TMX, says the move was prompted by high demand from clients for management services.

“With Stefanie’s extensive career in industrial property across the country with large multinational businesses, she will be able to provide strategic advice and services to our clients to optimise their property portfolios,” Justin says.

TMX has 160 staff working across the Asia-Pacific region.

Stefanie brings over 20 years of industrial property experience for occupiers to TMX. She has managed large property portfolios for major national and global businesses, including CEVA Logistics, One Steel, Orora, Amcor, Opal and Cummins.

Stefanie Frawley, Director of Property at TMX, says she wants to bring her divers experience across a range of markets to meet the demand from the firm’s clients.

“I look forward to being part of a dynamic and rapidly growing business that is changing the industrial property sector through a holistic solution that is led by the client and their operations,” she says. “This will complete TMX’s end-to-end property offering and complement TMX’s integrated consulting services in digital and ecommerce, supply chain, property and construction project management.”

Stefanie will be based in TMX’s Melbourne office.
