Colliers and Pollen deliver new industrial service

Industrial advisory specialists at Colliers have joined forces with Pollen Consulting Group to provide a full end-to-end industrial advisory service.

The new partnership will see leading real estate professionals at Colliers working collaboratively with Pollen to maximise the value of supply chains, technology, automation and the resultant property for real estate occupiers.

Colliers’ will provide crucial property information and negotiation skills to secure new facility’s or renegotiate existing facility’s, while Pollen will provide initial analysis, insights and advice to ensure the best outcome for the clients utilising their expertise across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.

Doug Henry, Colliers’ Managing Director of Occupier Services in Australia, says the two groups of industry experts from separate companies with very different, but related, expertise will create a strategic partnership.

“We have adopted a ‘better together’ model to enable best in class solutions to be provided to our clients both from a property and logistics and supply chain advisory basis. Both companies have complementary skillsets and in working together, we are able to provide an upfront design whether it be for a single warehouse or a complete supply chain network,” Doug says.

Pollen will work closely with Colliers to understand each client’s specific needs and design an appropriate solution. This could be as simple as a change in material handling equipment or racking layout, or a total network design.
