The property is located within the industrial growth corridor of Cranbourne West which is moments from the Merinda Park Train Station and the Marriott Waters Shopping Centre plus 6km to the EastLink (M3).

Construction by Campbell Constructions is expected to reach completion in the third quarter of 2022.
With over $1 billion of unsatisfied institutional and corporate money to be placed within the industrial sector over the next two years, the campaign is set to attract significant interest from institutions, REITS, syndicators and corporate investors and is to be offered via a fund through arrangement.
