Office furniture omni-channel retailer JasonL will set up a new showroom and warehouse in Sydney’s west.
JasonL, which specialises in home and office furniture and fitouts, has signed a five-year lease for Warehouse 2A at 149 McCredie Road, Smithfield.
The 6265sqm facility coming online later this year will replace JasonL’s existing distribution centre in Botany and Sydney showroom in Alexandria.
Just off the Cumberland Highway, McCredie Road also offers easy access to the M4 Motorway.
CBRE’s Moshe Greengarten, John Micallef and Elijah Shakir secured the tenancy on behalf of Goodman.
“Due to JasonL’s recent growth, the business needed to more than double its footprint, which played into a strategic move from South Sydney to Smithfield,” Moshe says.
“The quality of the Goodman property was then a major driver in JasonL deciding to consolidate its operations, bringing its Sydney showroom and distribution centre together under one roof.”
