Local hail repair specialist Action Smart Group has signed a three-year lease deal for an industrial unit in the Glendenning Industrial Precinct.
Action Smart Group is relocating from its current premises in Parramatta, to the larger 574 sqm space at Unit 5, 7 Kelham Place, Glendenning on a net rent of $140/sqm.
CBRE’s Matthew Alessi and Brendan Wein secured the tenancy on behalf of the vendor, Blacktown Properties Pty Ltd.
Matthew Alessi says, “Action Smart Group was drawn to the corporate appeal of the building, its extra wide roller door, close proximity to major motorways and quick availability.”
Within a secure estate, the unit has a modern two-level office with natural lighting, a warehouse with internal clearances of up to eight metres, an all-weather awning and off-street parking.
