Twisted Metalcraft consolidates warehouses into industrial asset


Metalworks specialist Twisted Metalcraft has signed a five-year lease deal for a modern industrial office and warehouse in Arndell Park. 

The company is consolidating its Penrith and St Marys’ offices into a bigger 2,033sqm space at Arndell Park, on a net rent of $140 per sqm plus GST.

With the latest CAD software, Twisted Metalcraft provides custom fabrications and architectural bespoke metalworks throughout Sydney.

Looking to expand on operations, the metalworks specialists are hoping to increase warehouse productivity by merging operations under one roof.

CBRE’s Matthew Alessi and Brendan Wein secured the tenancy on behalf of the vendor, Presida Constructions Pty Ltd.

“The existing tenant engaged us for advice regarding breaking their existing 24-month lease. The result was two-fold, we successfully secured a long-term tenant for the owner, which meant significant upside for them and it allowed our client to surrender their lease with no penalty,” Matthew says.

“Twisted Metalcraft was drawn to the power supply and extra wide roller door available at the site.”

Within a secure estate, the unit comprises a first-floor office with excellent natural lighting, a warehouse with internal clearances of up to eight and a half metres and ample off-street parking.

The location provides convenient access to the Great Western Highway, the M7 and M4 Motorways.
