Pollen Consulting Group says it has amalgamated with Argon & Co. The combined companies will be a market leader across Australia and New Zealand with a team of 60 consultants.
The joint company has offices in cities in the ANZ region, including Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney. It also has more than 400 consultants worldwide.
While A&C is a global management consultancy specialising in operations strategy and transformation, PCG specialises in operations with expertise ranging from supply chain through to engineering, technology and procurement.
PCG says it prides itself on being honest while still remaining “personable” and will “work collaboratively with clients to transform their businesses and generate real change.”
Paul Eastwood, PCG founding member and soon-to-be ANZ Managing Partner is set to grow the business across Southeast Asia.
“This is an exciting move for us,” Paul says. “It felt like the right time and the right fit with Argon & Co.”

Yvan Salamon, A&C CEO says the amalgamation “represents another exciting step in Argon & Co’s expansion strategy.”

Both leadership teams of A&C and PCG will continue to actively lead the newly combined company.
