Drive Yello says it has appointed Asheesh Chacko as co-CEO as it forecasts another year of exponential growth following a 100 per cent increase in revenue and deliveries during 2021.
The last mile delivery provider says Asheesh will work closely with fellow co-CEO and founder, Steve Fanale.
The company notes Asheesh will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business including operations, team, finance, and drive community.
Steve will focus on expanding the business, and servicing innovation plans from a diversified business strategy and M&A activity to product development and building a global footprint.
Steve says that the co-CEO arrangement will allow the business to continue delivering the best experience for both customers and drivers while also enabling Drive Yello to expand its offering and reach new customers.
He adds that the ever-increasing demand for a reliable and flexible last mile delivery solution means that 2022 is the perfect year to take this step.

Drive Yello says Asheesh has extensive experience in scaling up businesses and has been in leadership roles within the cross-section of the food and technology industries including Chief Operating Officer at me&u and Chief Financial Officer at Dimmi.
The company notes it is seeing record-breaking demand for fast delivery with year-on-year results revealing more than 300 new clients, 2500 new stores signed up, and more than 10,000 unique couriers.
With a change in its leadership structure, the business says it is focused on growing via new markets and offering new services.
It also anticipates key areas will drive its success including the recently launched My Personal Courier, M&A activity and tapping into offshore markets.
