Mascot property sells for more than $9m

Mascot property

Colliers says its team members Angus Urquhart and Trent Gallagher negotiated a deal for PMCG Holdings Pty Limited who bought a property in Sydney’s Mascot for more than $9 million.

The investment management company says SDA Developments Pty Ltd sold the 1111 sqm industrial warehouse at 712 Botany Road.

It notes the site comes with three existing roller shutter doors, an office, storage areas and is located within walking distance to Mascot Train Station.

“The deal shows just how strong the South Sydney market continues to be with properties being sold for record prices on a daily basis,” Angus says.

“Due to the evolving nature of the South Sydney market, we are seeing typical industrial users choose to move out to the South West and as a result many traditional factories are being converted into showrooms and creative offices,” Trent says.
