DHL enters top 10 great workplaces

GPTW

Great Place to Work® (GPTW) has recognised DHL Supply Chain within the top 10 workplaces in Australia after the contract logistics solutions company was certified a GPTW for the third consecutive year.

Rachael McDonald, Vice President Human Resources shared some insights into DHL Supply Chain’s focus on employee engagement.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.

To be recognised as a top 10 GPTW, employees are required to fill out a voluntary survey which independently assesses the employees’ experience across measures such as Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.

DHL Supply Chain aims to maintain its status as a GPTW and to constantly improve employee engagement by continuing to invest in the right initiatives to support a stronger workplace culture.
