  • Temperature-controlled packaging using validated and qualified materials and methods that ensure the integrity and stability of the products during transit

State-of-the-art cold chain hub

A new facility in Tullamarine, Victoria, is expected to be fully operational in August 2024. The facility, which spans over 10,000 square metres, will offer services in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and healthcare industries, including:

  • Total storage capacity of 9,000 pallets​
  • Controlled ambient (+15°C to +25°C), with storage capacity of 7,796 pallets
  • 1,500 sqm Cool room for products requiring storage between 2°C -8°C
  • Ultra-low freezer for products requiring storage of -20°C
  • Capability for receipt and storage of imported goods before release for sale
  • Ability to provide secondary packaging services to clients
  • 24/7 staff on-call to pick and dispatch urgent orders of products required to save lives
  • Secure and monitored loading zone with temperature-controlled docks and trailers
  • State-of-the-art WMS that provides real-time traceability of inventory and orders
