Brisbane Airport has commenced construction on a new industrial warehouse and office project, its second proactive development within the Airport Industrial Park.
Lot AIPN02 is a 1.8-hectare site at 49 Boronia Road, Airport Industrial Park, Brisbane Airport with 8,724 sqm of office and industrial warehouse space, suited to warehousing, storage and distribution.
Tomkins Commercial was awarded the construction contract and has begun erecting precast panels on the site.
When completed in early 2025, the office façade will feature off-form concrete panels and aluminium cladding, and the partitionable development means it can be leased as a whole warehouse or two separate warehouses.
