In this project, BHD selected the 5791mm cantilever racking system and the 4877mm pallet racking system, two of its most widely used and mainstream product dimensions. The cantilever racks (5791mm) are ideal for storing large, irregularly shaped, or long-sized goods. With its load-bearing capacity and flexible design, it optimises storage space and makes accessing goods more convenient.
Additionally, the 4877mm pallet racking system, known for its high-strength structure, ensures that palletised goods are stored and accessed quickly, improving overall warehouse efficiency.
These two standard rack dimensions have been carefully engineered to provide superior load capacity and maximise storage space. Whether for irregularly shaped or standard palletised goods, BHD’s racking systems offer tailored solutions for a variety of storage needs. Fire safety assurance
Fire safety is a critical concern in the warehousing industry. In this project, BHD implemented the PHR system, featuring perforated steel panels, which plays a vital role in preventing the spread of fire. This system also ensures rapid smoke ventilation, providing valuable time for personnel evacuation and firefighting operations. The PHR system exceeds industry fire safety standards, ensuring that both personnel and assets are well-protected in the event of a fire.
