Körber Supply Chain Software, a joint venture between Körber AG and KKR and a leader in adaptable supply chain execution, introduced its new company brand, Infios, at an executive breakfast event in Melbourne, Australia on Tuesday 4 March 2025 – underscoring its commitment to meet customers where they are to create the future they need.

Speaking to key customers, partners and leading supply chain executives at an exclusive breakfast briefing at Melbourne’s iconic Eureka tower, Beth Hendriks, Chief Technology Officer at Infios, told those in attendance that the newly launched brand represents a significant milestone in the company’s evolution.

“We’re committed to delivering a comprehensive solution that serves every market, geography, and industry. By unifying our extensive portfolio of capabilities under the Infios brand, we’ve created something truly transformative. We’re not just aiming to participate in supply chain execution—we’re positioning ourselves as the definitive leader in this space, enabling us to form partnerships with our customers that genuinely elevate and optimise supply chains across the globe,” said Beth Hendriks, CTO at Infios.

The name Infios draws inspiration from the concept of infinity, representing the vast, interconnected global marketplace and the limitless opportunities to help businesses create their future. Infios is built on the belief that supply chains should be agile, intelligent and constantly evolving to meet the demands of a changing world. By leveraging advanced technologies, data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, Infios delivers innovative solutions that drive efficiency, lower costs and empower businesses to succeed in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

“Supply chains are the backbone of modern business and global progress. And when they work better—simpler, faster, smarter—businesses thrive, people benefit, and communities become stronger. We believe that the future is better when supply chains work better,” said Ed Auriemma, CEO of Infios. “Our goal at Infios is to work alongside our customers to provide solutions that meet today’s challenges while thinking ahead to solve tomorrow’s problems.”

Comprehensive end-to-end supply chain execution solutions

Infios integrates order management, warehousing and fulfillment and transportation management into a comprehensive suite of solutions, equipping businesses with the tools they need to navigate today’s complex supply chain landscape. Infios is dedicated to its customers, evolving with them to provide scalable, adaptable solutions that meet their changing needs. This flexibility enables customers to optimise every aspect of their operations with versatile, scalable and future-ready capabilities. With a thoughtful approach to innovation, the company integrates data, predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to help businesses stay ahead, anticipating challenges and opportunities before they arise.

“Now truly having transportation, warehouse, order management—when you think about that triangle—bringing them together gives you end-to-end visibility of the whole supply chain, and you have an opportunity to look at what’s happening across that, and mitigate risks early,” Hendriks explained during her presentation in Melbourne.

Strong commitment to the Australian market

At the launch event, Beth emphasised the company’s strategic focus on the Australian market as part of the global rebrand launch. Reflecting on the significance of the region to Infios’ growth strategy, Beth stated:

“The Australian market represents tremendous opportunity for Infios. We’re seeing businesses here ready to accelerate their digital transformation journeys, facing challenges that our integrated supply chain solutions are perfectly positioned to address. What sets us apart is our dual approach—bringing global expertise and comprehensive solutions while demonstrating our commitment through significant local investment. We’re putting more boots on the ground because we understand that success in this region requires dedicated local support alongside world-class technology. The Australian market may be geographically isolated, but the business challenges are universal, and our comprehensive suite of solutions under the Infios brand provides the end-to-end visibility and efficiency that companies here are actively seeking.”

Elaborating on the specific market dynamics, Hendriks noted, “Our conversations with local businesses reveal significant growth potential. Many organisations here are at a pivotal point in their digital transformation journey and are ready to explore our broader solution portfolio. That’s why we’re substantially increasing our investment in local resources and talent here in Australia.”

A customer-centric approach to business

A key theme is Infios’ commitment is putting customers at the centre of their strategy. “If we’re not making you successful, we’re not successful,” emphasised Hendriks.

This customer-centric philosophy underpins the company’s approach to solution development and implementation. During her presentation, Hendriks elaborated, “Our purpose is meeting you where you are to create a better future. We want the customer to be at the centre of it all. It’s really important to us as executive leaders, that we place the customer at the centre.”

The rebrand reinforces this commitment to customer partnership rather than simply being a vendor. “We want to make sure that we continue to be best of breed. If you choose to use one of our products, you still get the best of breed experience, “explained Hendriks.

To further strengthen customer connections, Hendriks announced new initiatives designed to incorporate customer feedback directly into product development. “We’re committed to ensuring our customers have a meaningful voice in our evolution. That’s why we’re establishing customer advisory boards where your perspectives and experiences can directly shape our direction. As the professionals on the front lines who live and breathe supply chain challenges every day, your insights are invaluable to us. We don’t just want occasional feedback—we want your ongoing influence to guide our strategic priorities and ensure we’re developing solutions that truly address your most pressing needs,” she said.

Customers of Infios will continue to have full access to Körber’s comprehensive range of turnkey solutions and supply chain technology, especially end-to-end integration, automation and logistics systems as well as software consulting. The close partnership between Körber and Infios remains unchanged.
