Leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company Probiotec has practically completed its new distribution centre in The YARDS industrial estate in Sydney’s west.
The 35,963 sqm facility will enhance Probiotec’s growth and enable the continued provision of full- service manufacturing and packaging solutions for pharmaceutical products distributed across Australia’s east.
The facility includes a purpose-built 4,000 sqm pharma space supported by state-of-the-art mechanical pressurization and climate control systems.
The YARDS in Kemps Creek is a large industrial estate owned by Frasers Property and Aware Real Estate.
TMX Transform worked with Barings and Mainbrace Construction on the project. Probiotec supplies major retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
