Kärcher unveils a wider sweeper option and launches a new range of stationary pressure cleaners focused on efficiency, sustainability and user-friendly operation.
Industrial and commercial cleaning requires solutions that deliver efficiency, durability and ease of use. Kärcher’s latest KM 100/120 R Bp 4SB sweeper is engineered for large-scale cleaning, offering exceptional performance while maintaining a low total cost of ownership.
Kärcher has also expanded its commercial pressure cleaning range with a new series of stationary cold water pressure cleaners, designed with sustainability and efficiency in mind.
Expanded capabilities
The KM 100/120 R Bp 4SB industrial sweeper features the widest sweeping width in Kärcher’s range at 2.28m, thanks to its four side brushes. This nearly doubles cleaning efficiency compared to traditional two-brush models. Despite its expansive cleaning path, the sweeper maintains a compact profile at just 1.2m wide, ensuring easy manoeuvrability in tight spaces. The floating main broom, now with a chevron bristle design, significantly improves debris collection. The high-dump debris container, with a 1.53m dump height, allows for convenient emptying while the operator remains seated.
Four side brushes for increased coverage
The four side brushes increase cleaning speed and reduce operator fatigue. The brush attachment can be folded up to navigate narrow spaces as small as 1.3m wide. This added versatility makes it ideal for cleaning large areas in industries like warehouses, car parks, rail stations and public spaces. The sweeper offers area performance of up to 13,800 m²/h and operates with zero emissions, combining high efficiency with eco-friendly operation.
Operator comfort and practicality
The KM 100/120 R Bp 4SB is designed for ease of use. Features like intuitive controls, a high seating position for better visibility, and a tool-free brush exchange system make operation and maintenance straightforward, offering a seamless cleaning experience.
Cold water stationary pressure cleaners
Kärcher’s new cold water stationary pressure cleaner range is built for durability and high performance. Powered by a brushless motor with automatic pressure relief and dual water/air cooling, these machines are ideal for industries like transport, fleet management and vehicle cleaning. The ST Classic range provides cost-effective solutions without compromising on cleaning power.
Sustainability and efficiency
The new pressure cleaners feature patented nozzle technology that increases cleaning performance by up to 40% while using less water, helping businesses reduce operating costs and minimise environmental impact. Kärcher has also focused on improving the product design to a modular system which results in improved serviceability.
