- Incoming Inspection: During the incoming inspection, we assess the truck’s condition. Typically, all safety-relevant and worn parts, including tyres and brakes, are replaced with genuine spare parts.
- Dismantling: Subsequently, the truck is dismantled and thoroughly cleaned, with operating materials such as brake fluid, engine and hydraulic oils are disposed of responsibly.
- Refurbishment: Depending on the truck type, we replace tyres and springs, rework drawbars and axles, and insert new bearings and bolts. The gearbox and engine are restored, with worn parts replaced. The lift mast is dismantled, while tubes and chains are renewed. The battery is either refurbished or replaced.
- Surface Treatment: The chassis and lift mast are primed, smoothed, and painted, while other components such as overhead guard, steering system, side shifter, tilt cylinder and battery are blasted with compressed air and freshly painted.
- Reassembly: The chassis, lift mast, and all components are reassembled, restoring the truck to its original condition. The finished truck is now as good as new.
